This Vice President, Strategic Initiatives position represents a rare opportunity to help shape the business strategy and drive the strategy through execution and delivery of results. Reporting to the SVP, Strategy and Corporate Development, the VP, Strategic Initiatives is responsible for developing partnering strategies, models and tactics and leading those strategies to deliver results. You’ll lead and partner with talented cross-functional teams and bring them together as one team empowered to develop new growth opportunities and optimize existing strategic initiatives. You’ll help set, and will be expected to deliver on, aggressive goals supporting our overall strategic plans. You’ll be part of the Strategy Team, where you’ll play a vital role in strategic planning, working closely with senior executives to develop business targets, resource requirements, and influence our long-term business strategy.
Responsibilities
* You will imagine, source, evaluate, develop and execute strategic partnership opportunities, including structuring, negotiating and nurturing those strategic partnerships. * You will guide integration efforts cross-functionally ensuring that our investments deliver the desired results. * You will leverage your experience and knowledge of our business to model and analyze opportunities and make strategy recommendations and tradeoffs. * You will lead strategic initiatives throughout their lifecycle: Going from development to planning to building and nurturing and ultimately to successfully generating reliable revenue.

You empower the teams to own their work and they take great pride in the delivery of an amazing results. * **Experienced Strategy Leader** – You earned a bachelor’s degree and preferably a master’s degree and have 15+ years of relevant strategy and corporate development experience. You have a track record of identifying, developing and executing winning partnerships and investments in technology related disciplines.
