Extract Support

A position within the Extract Department of Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. Extract Support will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and material requirements through effectively planning, reporting, and auditing.

• Intradepartmental Administration oversight
• Production plan and forecast for all extract manufactured materials
• Process production orders timely and accurately to maintain inventory accuracy
• Process sales orders to maintain inventory accuracy and maximize fill rate
• Raw material replenishment management as it pertains to production support
• Inventory management: cycle count, audit, license plate, label, pick, transfers, shipments, and coding extract sales sample charges
• UPS shipping
• Communicate and problem solve with customer service or other departments effectively
• Organize and file necessary documents
• Cross train on all Extract Support roles

• Skilled in MS Office software.
• Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities, in a fast-paced office.

Education:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma is required or the equivalency
