Customer Service Representative

LoVullo Associates, Inc., an innovative, well-established, leading distributor of specialty excess and surplus insurance products and services throughout the Northeastern United States, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with a first-class team of customer care representatives.

• Must have at least two (2) years of customer service experience in an office environment
• Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of insurance policies including; endorsements, cancellations, audits, certificates and verifying accuracy of all related documents
• Must possess very strong interpersonal skills, including exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Able to act as liaison between independent insurance brokers and internal underwriters
• Possess strong computer/technology skills and have the ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment
