Summary
To provide general sales office support
Responsibilities
* Enter and process customer orders. * Check for short shipments or orders that have been billed but not shipped. * Investigate why order did not ship and inform customer when necessary. * Verify pricing and other information. * Process debit and credit memos, returned goods authorizations, and monthly district office reports. * Maintain files, reports, and correspondence. * Reconciliation of month-end expense reports. * Handle customer inquiries and assist them in arriving at a solution. * Arrange for shipping and receiving of office demonstration material and equipment. * Maintain office supplies and equipment. * Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* High school education or equivalent. * Well-organized and detail-oriented. * Excellent communication skills. * Familiarity with general office equipment. * Knowledge of Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint as well as knowledge of or ability to learn the entire Order Entry system. * An uncompromising attitude toward quality and customer service.
