We are presently recruiting for an Electrical Controls Engineer who will thrive in this culture. Responsibilities
* Provide trouble-shooting and process improvement assistance to production and maintenance personnel * Develop and implement process controls for automated and semi-automated used in a 24/7 manufacturing environment * Analyze processes and help identify ways of enhancing quality, cost and throughput of those processes * Designs and implements control systems and electrical systems along with appropriate HMI interfaces * Work closely with production & maintenance departments to develop, coordinate & implement technical training for employees * Support company policies, procedures, goals & objectives.

Requires a highly creative and self-motivated individual with good communication skills and willingness to work with people with a variety of backgrounds. Having a hands-on, collaborative and solutions oriented mindset is essential for this position as you will be directly interacting with personnel at all levels in the organization. **Required Skills & Qualifications** * A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with a minimum of 5 years’ experience * Hands on experience programming Allen Bradley PLC, PAC, & Control Logix systems * Proven experience with Human Machine Interface (HMI) software. Experience working with RSView and WonderWare a plus * Overall understanding of plant internal power distribution and motor controls * Working knowledge of Servo Motors and Drives * Ability to perform electrical design and has a working knowledge of Microsoft applications and AutoCad * Familiarity with NEC and construction standards * Strong analytical ability to analyze and solve problems based on data/fact driven problem solving approach, including root cause analysis * Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to perceive needs and work towards solutions in a collaborative manner * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are required to effectively communicate throughout the organization **Essential Elements** * Must be willing to share on-call responsibilities and work as needed when on-call * Must be physically able to freely access all areas of the plant and grounds
