Holding Area Specialist

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Business Formation team as a Holding Area Specialist. The Holding Area Specialist will be responsible for sorting, scanning and distributing all incoming legal documents received via USPS, FedEx, email and fax.

• Sort all incoming legal documents and forward documents to the appropriate party.
• Scan and save legal documents to customer file.
• Maintains quality service by maintaining and following procedure manuals, resolving processing problems, and recording time measurements.
• Supports operations by cross-training on related jobs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Locate companies using an internal search database

• Must be highly organized, proactive and detail oriented.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Internet, and related software applications.
• Professional team player with the ability to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience operating scanners, copiers and fax machines.
• Ability to learn and adhere to internal policy and procedures.
• Effective communication skills.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Overtime as needed by department.
