Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be working with a smart and savvy sales team to create new business opportunities with both existing and new clients within your assigned territory. It is our goal at the LaSalle Network to create long-lasting partnerships with our clients. Ultimately, the Business Development Manager is tasked with managing this relationship through its life-cycle.

* Contact inactive clients to reconnect on current needs * Generate new business through cold calling (60 calls per day), door knocking and networking events * Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients * Team up with recruiters through the interview and hiring process to ensure candidate placement and client satisfaction * Manage ongoing client relationships through regular correspondence and client entertainment

* A four-year degree from an accredited university is a must * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Upbeat, positive attitude * Strong work ethic and the desire to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment * Must be able to travel throughout the Chicagoland area
