Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be working with a smart and savvy sales team to create new business opportunities with existing and new clients. Ultimately, the Account Executive is tasked with managing business relationships through its life-cycle.

* Contact inactive clients to reconnect on current needs * Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients * Generate new business through cold calling (60 calls per day), door knocking and networking events * Team up with recruiters through the interview and hiring process to ensure candidate placement and client satisfaction * Manage ongoing client relationships through regular correspondence and client entertainment

* Four-year degree from an accredited university is a must * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Upbeat, positive attitude * Strong work ethic and the desire to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment * Ability to travel based on hiring location : Chicago, Oak Brook, Arlington Heights, San Francisco, Denver, Nashville
