- Oversee and maintain shareholder information.
- Oversee and maintain the Stock Registrar System including enhancements and process improvements.
- Oversee government reporting and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for coordinate and administer annual stock review and stock sale process, including coordination with lending banks, and on-line application portal site.
- Oversee the processing of dividends and stock repurchases.
- Provide monthly stock balance and stock transaction activity to Accounting.
- Prepare Plan Participant stock ownership statements to shareholders annually and as requested.
- Provide customer service to Shareholders at all levels and resolve shareholder issues or concerns.
- Responsible for the coordination of the annual proxy voting distribution, tabulation and reporting processes.
- Work with management on ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or business related field
- 3+ Years of relevant experience
- SAP and SuccessFactors compensation modules experience a plus
- Ability to work with senior level leaders,business unit HR Managers, shared services compensation managers, and information technology representatives
- Must have strong analytical skills and perform highly accurate work
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strong aptitude with Excel, Access and other data analysis tools
- Possess a high level of motivation for completing work timely
