- Order, track, and coordinate material delivery
- Maintain various logs, reports and templates
- Assist document control with controlled drawing and workpack sets
- Help maintain office common areas – ensure supplies are stocked, etc.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving and preparing facilities and resources and arranging offsite meetings as requested.
- Maintain contact lists and calendars in Outlook.
- Maintain a working knowledge of standard software/technology (including I-Pad, etc.).
- Copy and distribute correspondence or other printed materials.
- Greet scheduled visitors and direct them to appropriate area or person.
- Assist managers with planning and scheduling of activities.
- Type or enter information into computer to prepare correspondence or other documents.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type 55 words per minute.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to six months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
