Responsibilities
* Order, track, and coordinate material delivery * Maintain various logs, reports and templates * Assist document control with controlled drawing and workpack sets * Help maintain office common areas – ensure supplies are stocked, etc. * Coordinate and arrange meetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving and preparing facilities and resources and arranging offsite meetings as requested. * Maintain contact lists and calendars in Outlook. * Maintain a working knowledge of standard software/technology (including I-Pad, etc.). * Copy and distribute correspondence or other printed materials. * Greet scheduled visitors and direct them to appropriate area or person. * Assist managers with planning and scheduling of activities. * Type or enter information into computer to prepare correspondence or other documents. * Assist with other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type 55 words per minute. * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to six months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
