Summary
Kelly IT Resources is working directly with a stable and growing financial organization \(a very successful federal credit union\) in Mountain View, CA\. They have an immediate need for a Digital Product Manager who is passionate about banking/credit union industries/online products and very attentive Design Thinking and Member\-Centric Designing expert for their exciting digital online banking products\! For this role they are open and would consider either Full\-time/Perm or contract to hire\! The hiring manager is looking for a true product manager with the ability to influence perceptions, tell a relevant story, and cater to an audience
Responsibilities
* Evangelize member\-centric design, leveraging user feedback from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to facilitate building for the member, by the member. * Develop product functionality, features \(e\.g\. system requirements and pricing\), and a roadmap for future features and enhancements. * Monitor product performance along with market trends, user feedback, competitive information, and market research to determine the right feature set. * Draft product and business requirement documents and work with appropriate business units and external business partners to determine key deliverables. * Compile, analyze, and present key performance indicators \(KPI’s\) and identify ways to optimize results. * Work collaboratively with internal partners to develop marketing/implementation strategies and product content that drives product adoption and performance. * Analyze market conditions to identify new business opportunities, products, and strategies.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 3\+ years’ previous experience overseeing the development, implementation, and performance of digital banking products required. * Deep understanding of online banking products including payments, money movement, and core digital online banking functions required. * Ability to create, own, and execute on the online banking vision, strategy, and roadmap consistent with department and credit union directives. * Ability to foster internal and external business relationships and ensure alignment with business imperatives. * Experience leveraging key performance indicators \(KPI’s\) and data to provide insights and make strategic business recommendations. * Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design\-thinking best practices – empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to deliver digital products and experiences. * Ability to think outside\-the\-box and proven track record of rolling out a combination of core \+ innovative products. * Knack for staying on top of cutting edge online banking trends for consideration into the online banking roadmap. * Experience standing up online banking sprint teams within a lean agile environment. * Broad knowledge of credit union operations including functions, products & services, and regulations.
