This Midland job will head up the product management process. It will lead the process from proposal to integration into the market. The Director of Product Management will need to motivate workers to do better and push their limits while on the job. Additionally, this job must take factors such as cost, efficiency, and market demand into account when making decisions about product lines. Ultimately, the Director of Product Management needs to spearhead the best methods on how to serve the customer and better increase the organization’s standing within the marketplace, which is outside of Midland. This Midland job will report to the company President at the Midland and will be overseeing 5 team members.

* The Director of Product Management will lead the product management team and provide insight and direction on how to increase profits and presence in the market. * For this job, the role must be able to oversee the lifecycle of the product from its inception to its launch on the market. * The position must conduct market research in order to find ways to best penetrate the metals industry and make the biggest impact as a product. * The Director of Product Management must be able to expedite and increase the efficiency of product launches at the Midland site. * The role will involve championing continuous improvement across various metrics for the product. * The Midland job requires infrequently travel dependent on various networking events, on-site client visits, and seminars. * The Director of Product Management will fulfill other duties as assigned on the job.

* A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in mechanical engineering) is required for this job. * At least 5 years of job experience in product management. * Tenacious attitude and the ability to lead on the job.
