Responsibilities
**Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with service line professionals to design and deliver innovative sales tools to win business. - Create design solutions that align with audience profiles and business requirements. - Develop information graphics to support (graphically translate) complex ideas and concepts. - Design various collateral including: presentations, banners, brochures, direct mail and email campaigns, postcards, advertisements, invitations, research reports, maps and presentation graphics, etc. - Create digital marketing projects, such as dynamic emails, corporate and property websites, social media, etc. - Identify opportunities to bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices and materials. - Work with Marketing Director to develop customized design solutions to reinforce key sales messaging at the new business pursuit level. - Assist with internal and external events and activities as assigned. - Keep up-to-date on current design methodologies and business-to-business marketing trends, as well as current social media. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients. - Serve as a collaborative and productive contributor to the local, regional and national teams. - Ensure superior quality of work product through strict quality control.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of five years of design experience in a corporate setting. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office - Knowledge of HTML/CSS - Knowledge of Flash (Actionscript 2.0 / 3.0) and After - Effects or other video-editing software is a plus. - Knowledge of the print production process. - Strong project management and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proactive, independent work style and friendly, positive demeanor. - Motivated to meet deadlines and available to work overtime when needed (sometimes with no advanced notice). - Understanding of and commitment to client service.
