The Professional Services Engineer (PSE) delivers high-quality services in the installation, implementation and support of JAMF Software products to customers onsite and remotely. The PSE is also responsible for ongoing development of technical skills and proactively supporting the success of the JAMF Software teams.
- Provide onsite and remote setup, installation, configuration and training of JAMF Software’s the Casper Suite
- Develop effective solutions to the unique challenges customers face in optimizing the effectiveness of JAMF Software products
- Provide ongoing technical support for Encompass customers in conjunction with technical account managers
- Identify requirements, set customer expectations, verify prerequisites, and Identify engagement issues, independently
- Perform engagement administration activities such as pre-engagement planning, deliverables preparation, issues and task tracking, case-study documentation and post engagement case management
- Technical expertise in the Apple platform and JAMF Software products
- Experience with client management software within enterprise environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to critically analyze issues and use good judgment to make decisions
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Ability to travel to perform on-site installation, implementation and support
- Excellent presentation skills within small and large group settings
- Proactive, energetic self-starter driven to achieve outcomes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Have or attain JAMF Software certifications
- Must live within reasonable (1 hour or less) distance from a major airport
Education:
- Bachelors degree in technical field or comparable technical experience
