Responsibilities

* The ability to follow payroll and key sign-out procedures.
* The ability to use the Nextel /Radio system.
* The ability to inventory the assigned Storages and Cage supplies twice a Month.
* The ability to maintain the cleanliness of all storage and assigned balconies areas.
* The ability to assist the housekeepers as necessary.
* The ability to re-supply the runner cage 12th floor and all other assigned storage areas.
* The ability to deliver and pick-up guest request items when assigned (i.e. irons, ironing boards).This also includes making up and delivering cribs, sofa beds, changing guest rooms linen upon request, and rollway beds.
* The ability to assist the housekeepers by removing soiled linen from the guest rooms upon request.
* The ability to keep the lobby glass doors and tables free of finger prints. Keep lobby restrooms clean and well supplies.
* The ability to spot clean furniture in lobby as instructed.
* The ability to maintain the cleanliness of the pool.
* The ability to assist in moving beds and furniture as requested.
* The ability to offer assistance to guests when requested or needed.
* The ability to report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.
* The ability to assist in putting on bed skirts, removing or hanging sheers and drapes.
* The ability to employ proper use and maintenance of all equipment and supplies.
* The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
* The ability to complete any project assigned by the Director or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
* The ability to complete all assigned guest rooms traces.
* Maintain 5 diamond service standards.
* Provide lateral service wherever is necessary in the hotel.
* 10’-5’-3’ rule.
* Maintain a professional demeanor at all times to everyone.
* Embody mission, vision and values of the hotel daily.
