Summary
Intuit’s Global Corporate Communications team is looking for an all-star, executive administrative assistant who is experienced and passionate about being part of a dynamic team while delivering awesome results. This EA will be responsible for a broad range of administrative support for the Corporate Communications leaders supporting Intuit’s Small Business and Consumer Tax groups. The successful candidate is a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, collaborates across multiple teams and businesses and effectively prioritizes and manages multiple projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to two vice presidents and two directors * Handle details of a highly confidential and high profile nature. * Moderate calendar management. * Moderate travel planning and coordination. * Manage a diverse set of projects, including developing basic project plans and then subsequently driving to successful execution. * Prepares presentation materials for internal and external meetings. * Ability to identify business issues and coordinate an appropriate response with the key stakeholders. * Event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites and team motivation events * Act as the point of contact between Corp Comm leaders and internal business partners * Preparation and tracking of purchase orders and monthly accruals * Build cross functional relationships with group across Corporate Communications and Intuit.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 5 years working at the Executive administrative level, preferably supporting executives in companies with at least 1,000 employees. * Self starter who can operate independently and move quickly from one task to another; creative problem solver, seeks "win-win" solutions; energized by challenges. * Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. * Able to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. * Demonstrated project management experience, including development of basic project plans and successful execution. * Expert level knowledge of Windows/Mac desktop computer applications and Microsoft Office (Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills and office equipment are essential. * Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical. * Experience with event planning to include support for large meetings, off-sites, and company events * Ability to format high level presentations. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization * Exercise excellent judgment within areas of responsibility and comfortable escalating issues to management when appropriate. * Take appropriate action to resolve routine to moderately complex problems
