Summary
We are looking for an eager, self-starting Implementation Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for leading and managing project management teams in delivering viable, quality InTouch Workflow products and services that meet client needs while developing team members and achieving targeted delivery schedules. Also, responsible for management of all aspects of a project from initiation to completion, developing implementation plans, timelines and leading cross functional teams with participation from professional services, field sales, clinical services, product development, and other product delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in handling client relationships, including interacting with clinicians and other stakeholders in a workflow implementation and will also be aware of all relevant internal reporting cycles and comply in a timely and accurate fashion.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of a project from initiation to implementation * Create and work to project plans with an emphasis on critical path management * Communicate with and align project stakeholders and customers * Manage professional services and other product delivery teams * Provide effective pre-sales support as required, including devising and costing viable solutions, and working closely with the sales and clinical services teams * Motivate the project team, nurturing individuals’ development through clear objective setting and providing regular feedback on performance
Ideal Candidate
**Knowledge, Skills & Ability** * Strong proficiency in MS Excel and graphical presentation of data * Excellent organization skills. Proactively prioritize work with minimal direction, and effectively manage resources to meet objectives and deadlines * Establish and maintain customer relationships. Build trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations * Knowledge of healthcare systems and relevant workflows * Skills in multi-tasking, problem resolution, planning and expediting work flow * Ability to work independently and under pressure to follow through on issues * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing * Strong technical skills/ability to communicate effectively with the product development team and business stakeholders * Program Management experience (PMI certification a plus) * Agile Development experience (Confluence and JIRA experience a plus) * Excellent change management skills (Lead Six Sigma training and certification a plus) * Experience working with EHR or other HIS solutions **Qualifications** * BS/BA Required. MBA, Computer Science, or Engineering degree a strong plus * Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management * Minimum of 3 years of experience of project management in a healthcare related field preferred
