Web Security Product Manager

The PM will work closely with UI design team, product development, Intel IT, other members of the Web product management team, product support, product marketing, business development, and sales teams to develop and deploy Saas Web Protection world-wide. The PM provides strategic direction for the solution as well as our future roadmap. He/she interacts with customers and strategic channel partners to understand their existing problems, obtains feedback on early design concepts, and identifies solutions. The PM synthesizes these inputs into use cases, product requirements and product roadmaps. He/she socializes these with management, partners, and other internal Intel Security teams. We are looking for a Product Manager who will join our existing web product management team to lead the design, implementation, and maturation of our Saas Web Protection service.

* Drive the requirements and roadmap for web saas features, web UI, web reporting, McAfee Client Proxy and other products in the portfolio as assigned * Coordinate the collection, description, analysis, and prioritization of features from partners, internal business owners, and customers, delivering detailed Business Plans, Scenarios/Epics, Product Requirements Documents, and Product Roadmaps * Work with the competitive intelligence team to maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses * Partner with marketing and sales and support the development and maintenance of appropriate collateral including user guides, presentations, marketing content and demos * Act as a business owner and liaison between engineering, marketing, sales, partners, and support

**Minimum Qualifications:** * 5+ years of experience in enterprise security product in a product management role (ideal) or in customer facing support or technical marketing role * Proven experience in the security marketspace with a preference for web security and saas expertise * Proven experience writing use cases and product feature requirements * Proven experience in engaging, presenting, and building strong partnerships with colleagues in product management, marketing, IT, development, and support * Track record of managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams * Strong technical background * Strong business knowledge with basic finance skills (P&L management) * Willingness to travel up to 50% of work time. Including International travel. **Additional Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM-based model for effective implementation * Experience in startups and/or startup environments * BA/BS degree or equivalent, MBA a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proven experience driving numerous parallel initiatives * Self-motivated, able to make decisions independently * Strives when facing ambiguity, quickly adjusting to rapid changes
