Senior Product Manager of PC and Cross-Device Security

The Intel Security product management team is looking for an accomplished Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for defining the strategy, concepts, and market release of the core McAfee Consumer product suite. The position is accountable for creating a next generation roadmap that builds on the success of PC products, and extends to mobile so that products & features work seamlessly across all computing devices. The candidate will be focused on delivering a great user experience, positive interactions, and exceeding security expectations. Simply put, make McAfee products the best in the industry for consumers, evidenced by growing the user base, reducing churn, and driving high customer satisfaction. We are looking for an individual who has a deep technical understanding of what it takes to take product ideas through execution by working closely with different stakeholders in an AGILE framework. * Establish and communicate your strategy by writing clear requirements; feature prioritization; optimizing both the core product and partner versions; and GTM strategies for the security spoftware * Work closely with key stakeholders within and across the organization in an AGILE fashion to launch features to market * Define personas, activities, roles, and workflows for our security suites focusing on ease of use / user experience, performance, and effectiveness * Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses * Enable marketing, sales, and support by leading the development and maintenance of appropriate collateral including presentations, marketing content, demos, and user guides * Serve as a product expert and evangelist for McAfee Consumer products * Act as a liaison between engineering, marketing, sales, partners, and support

* 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer software, with experience and/or aptitude in the arena of digital safety * Demonstrable experience delivering successful user-focused applications in the market * Strong technical, process, and cross-functional collaboration skills * Good understanding and experience with data driven decision making in defining new opportunities or enhancing existing offering * Hands-on experience interacting with decision makers at customers and channel partners - preferably with some experience at OEMs * Strong problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must have experience with cross-functional teams that include engineering, sales, and marketing staff, plus demonstrated effectiveness in interacting and communicating with executive management * Proven experience driving numerous parallel initiatives * Must have managed products/feature areas through an entire software development lifecycle * Software Security / Windows Security experience is definitely a plus * Willing to travel up to 20%
