Traditional banks, saddled with new rules and regulation, are no longer in the business of taking risk and making loans and cannot be relied on to deliver credit access and opportunity to the masses. Instead, tomorrow’s lenders will be media companies, retailers and prominent brands that have deep relationships with their customers and want to step in to help their customers get a fair loan.
Summary
We are searching for a bilingual District Account Manager to work with our current and new retail partners. You are the face of our company, interacting directly with partner retail store employees for training, support, and promotion of our loan product. Your primary focus will be increasing the number of loans originated on our platform at each of our partners’ retail locations. These employees are not your direct-reports so you must find creative ways to influence and motivate the sales production of our products in these stores.
Responsibilities
* Coaching and motivating our partners’ associates through compelling training presentations * Visiting retail partner stores regularly throughout the Houston area. * During store visits, interact with customers to promote our products * Troubleshooting needs and addressing questions regarding our products * Analyzing reports, creating action plans and strategies to increase sales volume * Conduct promotional tent events in support of partners’ marketing initiatives * The success and processes of each retail store is your absolute responsibility, from A-Z
Ideal Candidate
* Sales experience with a proven track record in driving top-of-the-funnel sales volume. * Experience in a sales supervisory role involving coaching and developing sales teams. * Fluency in English & Spanish * Basic IT knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office, Knowing your way around a Windows tablet, etc.) * 2+ years of experience in sales and client relations * 2+ years of management/supervisory experience * Strong communication and inter-personal skills * Own your own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Additional Notes on Compensation

Competitive compensation package. Compensation is comprised of a base salary plus a monthly performance bonus. Excellent benefits including Health, Dental and Vision insurance and paid time off.
