As a Senior Service Manager for Insight, you will enter a high-energy and tech-savvy world. - **Multitask.** Lead delivery, development and implementation of technology solutions for clients. Be an influential innovator with industry presence and deep experience to lead Research and Development (R&D) in developing reference architecture with ways to organize business lines and partnership development. - **Take ownership.** You will manage service operations and project or client engagement, review quality and performance metrics of the engagement and team. You will also evaluate risk, communication plans, change management, financial performance and overall client satisfaction. - **Be a leader.** Motivate your team to find successful solutions. You have experience directing the day-to-day operations and teammates to fulfill lifecycle services at the client sites. - **Be challenged.** Be a persuasive subject matter expert, our win strategist, with deep knowledge and sales enablement qualities. Leading large deals in a consultative way that develops a very compelling win strategy to qualified deals. In addition, grow market share through strategic efforts on an industry level. - **Go places.** You may travel about 50% of the time. This could earn you a traveling bonus.

* Demonstrate positive leadership to teammates and represents self as a positive stakeholder in all situations. * Lead the development and enhancement of processes associated for statement of work and requests for proposals (RFP) responses working with various teams. * Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 8+ years managing technology projects including desktop refresh, new technology deployment and program management in full IT lifecycle
