Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative support to the Refinery, Dry Starch, and Wet Starch Departments

**Business** * Maintain and update production data * Confirm post goods issue and file orders * Maintain attendance and vacation records * Compose and prepare a variety of correspondences for approval * Route and/or respond to routine correspondence and requests not requiring managers' attention * Maintain accurate and complete files **Agility and Innovation** * Enter and track SAP on-line requisitions and purchase orders * Monitor supplies and order accordingly * Provide material management and batch housekeeping duties in SAP to amintain accurate production and invoicing information **Relationships and People** * Follow up with suppliers on pending orders * Participate with management in GMP audits * Assist in SOP review, updating, and training * Assist with special projects and other related duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements** * High school diploma required. Associate's degree preferred. * Experience handling administrative duties independently; attention to detail and excellent organization skills required. * 2-4 years of experience as an administrative assistant * Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP a plus. **Desired Behavior, Personal Attributes (Success Drivers & Competencies)** * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and complete assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis
