The primary focus will be developing and enhancing the web-based CRM application in ASP.NET/HTML5/Javacript, C# and SQL Server

The Principal software engineer is expected to design, code, document and verify high quality solutions. The applicant will have development/debugging experience with C# and Javascript in a .NET environment and solid SQL Server development experience. The candidate must be able to work in a team environment and have strong communication.

**Education and Experience:** * College degree in management information systems, computer science or equivalent work experience. **Required Skills:** * 7+ years software engineering experience; * BS in Computer Science or equivalent; * A minimum of 3 months to 5 years of proven development experience with C# and/or VB.NET, as well as client-side Javascript. * Strong understanding of Microsoft operating system architecture, with particular interest in aspects pertaining to web applications in a highly scalable environment * A minimum 3 years of MS SQL Server experience and Web development; * Experience developing commercial grade software applications * Strong problem solving and analytical skills; * Strong understanding of business applications; * Effective written communication; * Solid design/coding skills; * Ability to function in a team environment **Preffered Skills and Knowledge:** * • Background in Crystal Reports * • Background in BI systems * Experience in developing applications using Dojo Javascript Framework, MVC and NHibernate. * Experience in developing applications for CRM * Experience in agile processes such as SCRUM or Extreme Programming * Experience with Test Driven Development and unit testing frameworks such as NUnit/MBUnit
