Sales Support Specialist

The Managed Print Services (MPS) Support Specialist is an integral member of the sales and operations teams.

* Compiles and analyzes gathered data from assessments and enters into our TCO tool (Sherpa) * Works with supply and contract teams to ensure accuracy of account management and data integrity * Installing Data Collection Agent (DCA) at customer locations, remotely or in-person * Work directly with key contacts at our customers to on board new accounts onto our MPS remote monitoring program to set up customers and their fleet of devices to communicate with our back end software (e-automate) * Provide on-going management of customer’s equipment fleet adding new devices, researching stale devices, troubleshooting and reinstating any dropped Data Collection Agents (DCA) * Assist with on boarding of new clients and current client fleet updates * Occasional local travel to perform customer walkthroughs, gather data, and obtain billing information * Contact current clients to offer our MPS value add components * Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and attitude * Performs other duties assigned

* Bachelor Degree preferred * Detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding follow-through skills * Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) * Excellent time management skills * Strong communication skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Flexible – Ability to move from task to task at a moment’s notice * Excellent organizational skills * Superior customer service skills * Ability to multi task & prioritize tasks * Self-motivated / Autonomous – Requiring minimal supervision once on boarded * Ability/willingness to travel when required – reliable transportation required * Eager to grow and advance with Impact
