Product Manager of Monetization

Imgur is looking for a monetization-focused product manager who can shape the future of Imgur’s ad offerings. You’ll lead the development of products that scale Imgur’s revenues by assessing market needs, analyzing internal data, prioritizing customer feedback, and working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers and other product managers to create a long-term product vision and drive a near-term execution plan that will grow Imgur’s revenue.

* Plan and launch ad products that help Imgur generate revenue, while being thoughtful of impacts on user experience * Manage a long-term roadmap for internal tools, data and analytics, and revenue-related products and improvements * Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally * Drive strategic product decisions via evaluation of market trends and meticulous retrospective and prospective analysis of product and revenue performance * Become the internal voice and representative for revenue-related products

* History of making things, with proven ability to lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers to ship great advertising products. You might have been an engineer or designer yourself. * Minimum of 5 years of product management experience working on modern advertising products, offerings and technologies * Strategic thinker with great product intuition and knowledge of online communities, media, mobile, advertising technologies and monetization * Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance * Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights in a clear and effective manner
