Accounts Payable Clerk

Intermountain Farmers will be the preeminent agricultural supply company in our chosen markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Process a high volume of invoices timely and accurately (250 invoices per week average). - Maintain vendor accounts with the reconciliation of vendor statements and IFA open purchase orders. - Work and communicate with all other IFA departments concerning invoices. - Communicate and build relationships with vendors. - Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Resolve/verify Accounts Payable issues with vendor. - Able to perform basic math and calculate discounts and percentages. - Be willing to help other Accounts Payable Clerks in slow or down times. - Serve as backup receptionist when needed. - Fulfill other assignments and tasks as requested by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. - Data entry experience a must with the ability to type 40+ words per minute and 10-Key by touch. - Prior Accounts Payable experience highly desired. College experience in Accounting, Finance, Business or other college courses desirable. - Able to lift up 20 pounds when required during shift. - Able to stoop, bend, lift, push, pull, walk, and stretch repeatedly during shift. - Able to sit during work schedule for extended periods of time. Able to handle stress while performing job functions.
