Linux Engineer

IEX is the first equity trading venue seeded by a consortium of buy-side investors, including mutual funds, hedge funds, and family offices. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of a greenfield Linux environment. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative team environment while simultaneously not afraid to work independently. * Design and implement Linux container/virtualization deployment * Design and implement Linux change management system * Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools * Manage the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade process of systems * Create comprehensive documentation to a level by which processes are reproducible by others * Support the administration of user accounts and entitlements
