• Owning front-end product design and development.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, Javascript.
• A/B testing design changes to make sure the changes are not just beautiful, but also functional.
• Learning and owning much of the a/b testing and targeting environment using Adobe target (best in class enterprise solution).

• 2+ years of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX experience. Familiarity with Django preferred but not necessary.
• Passionate about design.
• Agile and experiment-driven.
• Experience in design best practices but understanding that best practices don't always convert.
