* Owning front-end product design and development. * Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, Javascript. * A/B testing design changes to make sure the changes are not just beautiful, but also functional. * Learning and owning much of the a/b testing and targeting environment using Adobe target (best in class enterprise solution).

* 2+ years of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX experience. Familiarity with Django preferred but not necessary. * Passionate about design. * Agile and experiment-driven. * Experience in design best practices but understanding that best practices don't always convert.
