* Experience leading agile teams * Excellent problem solving skills and passion for technical challenges * Deep understanding of either Android and/or iOS development * Ability to write clean, readable and performant code * Great mentorship skills * Comfortable wearing multiple hats * Creative thinking * Excellent communication skills **Minimum qualifications:** * BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. * 7+ years of relevant work experience.
