Summary
We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to be responsible for sales of Hasbro Toy and Game products in our growing US Sales Growth Channel. You will be part of a team dedicated to managing our multiple high profile customers including several priority customers in the entertainment industry. The successful candidate must possess persuasion, influence and negotiation skills to drive sales and accomplish goals, which support Hasbro’s strategic business plan. The qualified candidate must be passionate about driving sales. Success in this role will provide future career growth opportunities in sales roles within Hasbro. We need a fast learner who is focused on achieving results as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop business plans for accounts within your territory. - Forecast and deliver on sales goals. - Handle all aspects related to accounts base, such as sales planning, forecasting, presenting, and in some cases account support. - Closely interact and drive programs with Marketing, Creative Services, Credit, Logistics, Sales Planning, Customer Marketing and Sales Administration. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible and changing environment. - Develop and expand product listings within the account base and potentially work to onboard new customers. - Able to demonstrate a high level of self motivation, able to perform with minimal supervision, self-directed with a creative, entrepreneurial spirit.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree and 2 - 3 plus years’ experience with a consumer products company is a must - Interest in developing a professional sales career - Strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task - Proven negotiating skills and must be results driven - Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and web-based applications - Strong analytical skills - able to analyze data and recommend next steps - Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - Must excellent presentation skills and ability to persuade - Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence - Able to work effectively in a team environment - Approximately 30% travel required; must have valid driver’s license
