Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Franchise Retail, Merchandise Team and Hotel & Casino Team to insure compliance and execution of all retail products, visual, promotional and merchandising directions in all franchise, licensed & managed Hotel & Casino retail operations.
- Guide development of retail items based on collaboration with Hotel & Casino Team and individual properties to support the ever developing retail needs of Hotel & Casino locations.
- Assist Sr. Director of Franchise Retail to maintain constant effective communication between the Merchandise Team, Hotel & Casino Team and the Hotel & Casino community.
- Responsible for new store set-up and retail operations training to be conducted at all new Hotel & Casino openings and as needed to maintain and improve existing operations.
- Collaborate with Sr. Director of Franchise Retail and Hotel & Casino Ops Team to review & analyze reported sales performance against goals as well as guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and carry out coaching to implement improvements.
- Working with Hotel & Casino properties to review & approved local retail vendor options.
- Develop understanding of Retail Buying & Product Development for Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos; train Hotel & Casino Retail Buyers in the field.
- Collaborate with Sr. Director of Franchise Retail and Hotel & Casino Ops Dev Team on all Hotel & Casino preopening and opening tasks for retail inclusive of opening retail assortment plan development & budgeting, coordination calls and Team Work Site updates.
- Assist Sr. Director of Franchise Retail and Hotel & Casino Ops Team on maintenance and optimization of retail assortments, inventory management, retails sales and operations in all existing Hotel & Casino retail businesses.
- Assist Sr. Director of Franchise Retail to ensure that all franchise, licensed & managed Hotel & Casino retail operations are in compliance with all Hard Rock retail standards.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of product and programs keeping record of Hotel & Casino participation related to retail features.
- Manage and maintain current Hotel & Casino retail information on the Portal.
- Collaborate with Sr. Director of Franchise Retail on communications to Hotel & Casino Team and partners.
- Develop an understanding of each new & existing Hotel & Casino property in order to improve their retail offering and opportunities.
- Work with Franchise Retail Manager Café & IT to ensure franchise mapping is accurate for optimal retail sales reporting.
- 3 + years relative experience.
- College Degree preferred.
- Strong partnering skills.

- Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
- Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
