• Develop, facilitate, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to support the overall business objectives.
• Have the opportunity to partner with the line functions as well as our five regional offices in developing and achieving their business plans.
• Interact with our Agents while coordinating leadership meetings, rewards programs, performance plans, and managing data to help them reach their goals.

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, business, finance, corporate communication or related field.
• Minimum of four years' experience in a business marketing role.
• Marketing mindset to develop strategies and plan for growth, ability to execute the plans and follow through.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Project management, facilitation, consultation, and leadership skills and experience.
