As a Seasonal Sales Agent at GoHealth, you will play a key role in driving our business forward and helping us provide the most complete online portal for health insurance coverage in the nation. The ideal candidate is motivated, energetic, and confident. The Seasonal Sales Agent must be willing to obtain a health insurance license in the state of Illinois through GoHealth, and available to work throughout the Annual Enrollment Period. Are you ready to never make another cold call again? This position will only be handling warm leads!

* Field inbound sales inquiries to effectively sell health insurance plans via phone * Learn and adapt quickly, while following GoHealth's internal policies and procedures * Comply with Federal CMS and State legal requirements and standards * Provide excellent consumer experience for all callers * Communicate clearly and effectively with both consumers, and co-workers * Be the "Face of GoHealth" at the consumer level, and serve as a brand ambassador for the organization * Complete all continuing education to maintain current license, or successfully pass the State of Illinois' Health Insurance and Life Insurance licensing exams

* Willing to obtain an Illinois' Health and Life Insurance license * Ability to work in a fast-paced enviornment * Excellent communication and personal skills * Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply! * Driven and competitive in nature * Open to working a flexible schedule, with some night and weekend shifts
