We are a fast growing company, looking for a one-of-a-kind Administrative Assistant to keep our corporate office in River North running smoothly, give our team the support they need, and act a vital point person for the daily office activities.

* Open the office daily at 8am * Handle and route all incoming calls * Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages * Receive and direct all corporate office guests * Report facilities issues * Address and complete task tickets in reasonable time frame * Create and issue building access cards * Manage conference room calendars * Maintain office supplies and reorder when necessary * Assist with event planning and other special events * Coordinate large team lunches * Track office seating changes * Assist with updating department Intranet space * Participate in emergency training and assist with procedures * Help manage monthly expenses, vendors and contractors * Keep our team happy by managing our snacks, coffee, candy * Bring a smile and a great attitude to the office, every day!

* Expert knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Entrepreneurial spirit and desire for constant improvement * Strong willingness to learn and open to trying new things * Follow through and independent thinking * Adaptable to change and ability to wear many hats
