Senior Manager of Product Management Operations

This role will involve assisting with the overall operations of the global product management team. This role will be focused around the management of the CMZ process as well as overall Release Management of Genesys products. The position will report to the VP Product Management.

* Re-Launch of CMZ v2.0 – communications and education to support the revised CMZ process * Alignment of CMZ across all Genesys offers including PureEngage, PureConnect and PureCloud * Development of quarterly CMZ statistics * Coordination and management oversight of all CMZ projects * Support of the Jama system – taxonomy and business level rules management as well as ensure alignment and synchronization with CTO Jira system * Management of Release Management Process – coordination of G9

* BS/MS in computer science or related field * Working knowledge about Genesys taxonomy * Ability to learn systems and assess processes * Professional and positive work attitude * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the company, including executives * Experience with team building, leadership and negotiation skills * Adaptability and Flexibility * Must have ability to multitask * Sound decision making abilities
