Superior Account Support. Assist Customer Account Lead (CAL) in everyday administrative tasks, supporting business planning, selling and execution of the account specific strategic business plans. Accurate creation and completion of customer forms. Support selling materials, systems management & business reporting.
Internal and Customer form management through variety of electronic systems
- Promotions
- New products
- Price advances
- Logistical changes
Assist CALs in selling process
- Special Pack creation (shipper/pallets)
- APO order management
- Account Communication Bulletin (ACB) updates
Provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting
- Update business trackers
- Ad hoc G-Net, Nielsen, Market 6 and Business Explorer
Qualifications
High school diploma with 2-4 years of related experience.
Skills/Competencies Required
Organization and analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, efficiency in Power Point, ability to learn additional General Mills systems (G-Net, Nielsen, BEx), working knowledge of Market 6 and DemandTec systems preferred. Strong relationship building skills, team work ability, working closely with members of Field Sales as well as other groups in region (Trade, Business Development Team, etc)
