Senior Producer

The Senior Producer leads project initiatives from initiation through completion by taking on the day-to-day management of the workflow. The Senior Producer has primary ownership of project scoping, planning, resourcing and estimating for the job with an eye towards delivering the quality work on scope, time and budget. The Senior Producer has a good understanding of project management frameworks and is adept with cross functional teams including Account Management, User Experience, Creative, and Technical disciplines.

* Individual and Team Focus * Works closely with functional disciplines to accurately scope projects once Team Leads have drafted project brief. * Manages the workflow and project parameters to deliver work on time and on budget. This may involve management of 3rd party vendors. * Proactively identifies and secures needed resources to deliver and works closely with other Producers to coordinate resource allocations across Agency business. **Client Focus:** * Manages workplans and ensures client is aware of timing implications based on direction. * Oversees deployment and/or launch of work based on project requirements. * Responsible for financial management, and invoicing of client. **Agency Focus:** * Facilitates a productive work environment amongst the Agency team members. Strong relationship building skills. * Monitors team’s use and adherence to Agency workflow approach and processes * Manages profitability and works with the lead Account Director to help project revenue.

* Bachelor’s degree * 8 plus years in multi-discipline project management within a professional services environment. Experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare communications a plus. * Significant experience in scoping and delivering technology-based solutions.
