* Manage lead generation, CRM and email marketing campaigns * Manage the planning process of social media, advertising, exhibition and events as necessary * Plan, measure and track success and financial performance by campaign * Identify ongoing gaps and industry trends and recommend initiatives to capture revenue * Experience managing several marketing initiatives simultaneously * Develop campaigns including comprehensive objectives, business requirements, business cases, execution plans and identification of critical success factors * Experience and knowledge of product management strategies desirable

We are looking to bolster our Marketing Department with an intermediate Online Marketing Specialist. You will have innate ability to manage many different moving pieces, in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, a self-starter, data driven and analytical, and ready to move their Marketing career forward. * Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or related field with 2 years experience * Exceptional written, presentation, verbal communication and organizational skills * Thorough knowledge of online marketing, with e-commerce experience desirable * Knowledge of, and proven results with: LinkedIn Advertising, Ad words, Email Marketing, and paid advertising. * High level of creativity * Organized with ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines and budgets * Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management * Entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record for building business
