HVAC - Business Development

The ideal individual should have a strong Technical background in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) as well as strong interpersonal skills to work with customers. They must be very organized and able to work without being micromanaged.

* Work with Sales to support their follow up efforts * Work with the company's technical support people to understand the company’s solution. * Work with the established Channels to sell solutions * Provide feedback to Management * Ensure quality and customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level * Attend Conferences to support the company technical when they exhibit * Frequent travel as needed. Could be in the 50% range at times

* Mechanical engineering background and education (or equivalent). * Preferably with 5 – 20 years post-college experience. * MUST have some HVAC experience working with industrial solutions. A plus would be if the individual has worked for one of the large HVAC manufacturers in a sales / support role. * Business: Able to work with customers and understand how HVAC impacts their business. * Individual must have strong verbal and written communication
