Senior Product Manager for SVOD

Fullscreen Media is a global leader in social-first entertainment experiences serving creators, brands and consumers. Fullscreen Media is comprised of three key businesses: Fullscreen Creator Network is the biggest network empowering creators through a variety of services, from audience development and programming support to management, content production and merchandising.

With the goal of defining a new digital first video service targeted directly at today's "connected" generation, Fullscreen has created an entertainment experience that combines innovations across product and content that equates to a new category of engaging entertainment. We are looking for an accomplished Senior Product Manager to focus on driving growth across subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Fullscreen SVOD service. This person will be responsible for developing features that help us create a meaningful connection with our audience through social and content consumption experiences. The role will require developing a strong product vision and then the ability to drive that vision to execution. The ideal candidate would have a passion for digital entertainment, the future of social experiences and content consumption. The candidate would also have a proven track record of related experience to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization in media and technology.

* Serve as product owner for key experiences for our consumer business, as part of a team of product managers driving innovation and shipping meaningful features iteratively * Define the user experience from whiteboard to user stories, working closely with product design, PMO, and engineering * Continuously study the industry and work closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements * Collect input and feedback from customers and other external parties * Manage feature prioritization and trade-offs, balancing quick wins and platform investments * Prioritize projects through a lean product development cycle * Develop features to reach new customers through creative ideas and marketing strategies based on analysis, customer feedback, data, testing and ROI * Identify, implement and track KPIs, and turn findings into actionable tasks to help better serve users and business goals

**Qualifications** * 5+ years of directly related product management * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Economics, or Marketing (or related field) * Strong leadership qualities and communication skills * Technical knowledge * Experience collecting, querying, and exploring data from various sources (market research, internal data sources, web analytics, experiments, user research) to back up assumptions * Strong familiarity with the distribution and marketing challenges that video content creators face * Ability to go end-to-end designing, building, measuring, analyzing, and iterating * Strong project management skills, favoring lean and agile software methodologies * Comfort leading, directing, and completing work independently * Charismatic, highly motivated and results-orientedStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills combined with a decisive nature **Bonus Points** * Have practiced Agile methodologies * Have direct experience working on premium subscription products * Are a user experience practitioner with great work samples to prove it * Is a self-starter, working well with little oversight and changing product requirements * Deep consumer cross-platform expertise * Understanding of content and digital asset management systems
