Summary
Fullscreen is looking for a talented and passionate security engineer to help strengthen all facets of our security program. The ideal candidate will leverage strong technical skills and proven industry security experience to better protect our corporate and production infrastructure. You will help implement safer systems, endpoints and networks that are more resilient to intrusions and attacks to ensure the safety of our business and user data. This is a high impact multi-faceted role on a large-scale challenge across all lines of businesses: Creator, B2B, and Consumer.
Responsibilities
* Set-up secure access to cloud production services for administration, deployment, configuration and debugging * Design and implement logging and monitoring systems to protect the Fullscreen internal networks * Conduct in-depth security reviews of core corporate and production infrastructure * Work closely with the Fullscreen team evangelizing security within Fullscreen and providing security advice and guidance * Advise teams to develop pragmatic solutions that achieve business requirements while maintaining an acceptable level of risk
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of industry experience in security * BS in Computer Science or a related technical field * Team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Proven expertise in system and network security including authentication and security protocols, cryptography, intrusion detection systems (IDS), firewalls, VPNs, wireless and wired security * Strong experience in conducting vulnerability scanning and incident response * Detailed technical knowledge in hardening endpoint security including desktop and mobile * Ability to relate and translate security processes, terminology and concepts to the business organization **Bonus Points if:** * MS in Computer Science or related technical field * Experience working with vendors, reviewing challenging integrations and conducting penetration testing * Knowledge of system-level attacks and mitigation methods with a core competency in Windows, Linux or Mac OS X * Experience in Ruby on Rails and PHP is plus
