Summary
Freddie Mac’s Multifamily division is seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to coordinate the daily activities of the Chicago regional office. Freddie Mac’s Multifamily division provides financing for loans backed by multifamily properties. A primary focus is originating, structuring and distribution of commercial real estate assets structured as commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).
Responsibilities
* Handle multiple priorities and manage the calendar, provide telephone coverage, make travel and meeting arrangements, prepare documents and presentations, process expenses and oversee special projects * Prepare and track various business reports, e.g. time records, expense and procurement documents, and time records * Maintain spreadsheets and database information specific to the department and region * Prepare reports for management and act as department liaison with outside clients and consultants that may or may not be within their location * Work with limited direction and possess a thorough knowledge of area supported and corporate policy * Support some senior secretarial responsibilities for senior management
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma with an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail **Preferred Skills** * Entry level candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree encouraged to apply
