Real Estate Manager

The primary responsibility of the Real Estate Manager is to support the strategy in all functions relating to real estate matters for a specific region. The primary goal of this position is to select sites as determined by the Company’s strategic plan, utilizing demographic analysis and market research.

* Responsible for selecting the locations and store branding for all new retail locations * Review market data to ascertain new store potential * Partner with and direct a team of outside developers to implement company-wide real estate and site strategies, while contributing meaningfully to the Company’s EBITDA margin and other financial objectives * Works within an annual business plan and operating capital budgets. * Regional location review and travel required * This is not a construction or realtor position

**Knowledge and Skills:** * Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate multi-unit site selection, preferably in a retail environment * Must have strong negotiation and leadership skills * Direct experience managing a regional new store rollout of 20+ stores yearly * Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously in different geographical areas * Qualified applicants must have experience analyzing and selecting retail establishments in a multi-state region (specifically southeast) * Must be highly experienced in analyzing market data and selecting the proper store format based on consumer analysis, geographic factors, and store analytics. * Experience in multiple format retail stores, preferably in discount retail/pharmacy sector in small to medium markets * Computer literate, detailed oriented, self-starter, strong communication skills and special proficiency in Microsoft Excel **Education:** * Master’s Degree in relevant field preferred, Bachelor’s degree strictly required
