We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is ready to lead user research and strategy, information architecture, and interaction design to create superb user experience. * Maintaining a user-centered design approach as you tackle complex design problems * Advocating for simple and clean design * Mapping out interaction user workflows * Creating annotated wireframes (low fidelity to high fidelity and everything in between) * Participating in user research and usability testings * Work with great people. Collaborating with product managers and the engineering team throughout the product lifecycle to ensure your designs are addressing user and business needs, feasible to implement, and implemented accurately * Helping to define design patterns that can be used across the entire product ecosystem * Working on fast-paced projects, requiring attention to detail and working within constrained timelines

* An understanding of user experience, user research, interaction design, and design principles * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HCI, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science or related field * 5+ years of experience in UX/Interaction Design * Experience working in an agile environment * Portfolio demonstrating interaction design experience * Problem solving and communication skills that demonstrate you know how to 1) understand user needs, 2) translate those needs into modern and intuitive experiences, and 3) justify design choices and adjust decisions based on feedback * Know the rules of good interaction design and know when to break them * Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, Omnigraffle, Fireworks, etc.) * Technical acumen with web technologies - HTML, CSS, and browser capabilities across platforms * Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, mobile apps, and analytics is a plus **Bonus Points** * Enough HTML/CSS/JavaScript ability to simulate the experience of your design in detail * Experience conducting usability studies * Software engineering experience: commit design-related fixes directly into the codebase! * Experience using project management tools like Asana, Pivotal Tracker or Basecamp
