**Qualifications**
* High School Diploma required; College degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
* Minimum 3 years:
* Testing multi-tier web based software
* Writing and executing test scenarios that emulate how end users use applications, including finding the edge cases that may not be thought of during development.
* Working with clients to evaluate UAT results and identify which reported issues are defect vs new feature requests
* Working in a highly collaborative team in an Agile development environment
* Highly Desired:
* Hands on experience executing test with test automation tools
* Experience with SQL and at least one scripting language: C/Bourne/Korn Shell, PowerShell, VBA, Perl, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
* Healthcare Industry experience, especially claims processing and/or products and benefits management.
* Other types of non-health insurance industry experience such as life, P&C, and disability.
