Senior Software Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the go-to-market cycles of the early version of Digital Workforce Measurement Platform.

Team player with open communication skills. * You love challenges and excel at providing both highly analytical and creative ideas * You can connect with customers, gather requirements, quickly validate for market patterns and build a robust product roadmap * You can evaluate merits of various approaches and collaborate with the engineering team to formulate product plans * You have worked with Analytics, BI and Data products **Qualifications:** * 5+ years in product management at an enterprise software company * 3+ years of Analytics, BI or Visualization technology experience * Strong track record of success as a product manager * Some experience at startups driving early product adoption * Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, enterprise technology environment * Excellent organizational, analytical and presentation skills * Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related disciplines **Additional:** * Some experience in Machine Learning or Predictive Analytics is preferred
