Responsibilities
* Ensure content is clean and follows a consistent style, while also meeting governance requirements * Coordinate, implement and publish content additions and changes * Research, write, edit, and proofread technical data for use in documents such as release notes, solution guides, solution profiles, help documents and other communications across supported Architectures and Verticals * Ensure technical documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial specifications, and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style * Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical users. * Collaborate with content owners to achieve continuous content improvement * Research and read previous documentation and design notes, and uses company technical products and information to gather and research more complex technical information for use in more complex documentation. * Create document drafts, make changes and updates to existing documentation, and proactively, manage review cycles
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Editing, & Documentation * Solid understanding of Documentation Development lifecycle * Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum environment * Attention to detail, quality focused and active listening skills * Global mindset in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision * Ensure proper English grammar and formatting standards to enable effective content delivery
