- Ensure content is clean and follows a consistent style, while also meeting governance requirements
- Coordinate, implement and publish content additions and changes
- Research, write, edit, and proofread technical data for use in documents such as release notes, solution guides, solution profiles, help documents and other communications across supported Architectures and Verticals
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial specifications, and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style
- Translate technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical users.
- Collaborate with content owners to achieve continuous content improvement
- Research and read previous documentation and design notes, and uses company technical products and information to gather and research more complex technical information for use in more complex documentation.
- Create document drafts, make changes and updates to existing documentation, and proactively, manage review cycles
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Editing, & Documentation
- Solid understanding of Documentation Development lifecycle
- Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Attention to detail, quality focused and active listening skills
- Global mindset in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision
- Ensure proper English grammar and formatting standards to enable effective content delivery
