Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst

The Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) will be a member of a team of cross skilled technology professionals that are aligned with the Back Office Business Unit (IT BO)

* This position will primarily be focused on testing and coordinating the migration of IT BO applications to a new data center, and providing application support for the existing suite of IT BO applications. * In addition, as a member of the IT BO, the Quality / Support Analyst will be asked to back fill analyst tasks to allow other staff to coordinate testing. The analysis could be within defined projects, small enhancements and direct support of the business users. * When performing back fill tasks, the PM/BA will define and document requirements in collaboration with Business Unit personnel - reviewing business models, work flows, processes and data flows and ensuring these requests are compatible with Nuveen IT technical direction. At other times the PM/BA will work tactically to respond to immediate business requests by providing well reasoned solutions to satisfy immediate business needs.
