Junior Product Manager

An immediate opportunity exists for a candidate with beginning experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, to join our team. Due to an unprecedented period of growth, we have a long-term contract position opportunity in the San Jose, CA area for a Jr. Project MAnager.

* Serve as the Go-to Person in Product Management/Development projects including serving as key point of contact for project stakeholders (sales, marketing, grow services, delivery). Focus on driving and tracking NPI processes through all phases and milestone delivery. * Work with technical teams to ensure needs are included in the product execution * Create and execute strategy and product initiatives to optimize service installed base * Collaborate with stakeholders, and product management to understand business requirements, and manage design and implementation of the technical solution to meet the requirements. * Provide project/program direction, team management, and stewardship from ideation through requirements/design and implementation.

* BS/BA degree in Information Technology; Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field * 1-2 years of product management and/or development experience is REQUIRED. * Demonstrated ability to lead and operate effectively within highly matrix organization, in a fast paced and dynamic technology and business environment, with aggressive timelines and milestones. * Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively, and maintain focus on the "goal". * Demonstrated consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills. Candidates must have the ability to drive project team, stakeholders and SMEs to meet project deliverables * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and grow relationships and collaborate at all levels in the organization. * Ability to drive cross functional team to define requirements through implementation * Ability to contribute strategic level thinking and influence direction * Success in creating and executing product plans and roadmaps * Ability to lead others and operate in a multi-functional team environment. Working on multiple products and services simultaneously * Candidates must be detail oriented and possess the ability to problem solve and work within a teamwork environment. Must show a commitment to excellence and posses strong communication skills.
