Responsibilities
You’ll shape the future of Eventbrite mobile and onsite experience by defining its vision, strategy and roadmap including our new RFID @Event solution. You’ll define which of the Eventbrite’s onsite and core features should be viewed through the lens of mobile. You will gather and specify product requirements, understand customer pain points and opportunities for product improvements. You’ll work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with peer product managers on the team to ensure alignment with our overall product strategy. You’ll bring a passion for delivering consumer grade product and user experience, a do-what’s-right attitude, and the ability to leverage data to track performance and measure success. You’ll go above and beyond to build great products that we all are excited to use and share with our customers.
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of mobile product management with both iOS and Android experience * Passion for mobile, frequently downloading the newest apps and learning about emerging trends and mobile design patterns * Excellent knowledge of mobile specific development tools including analytics, download tracking, and A/B testing * Self-starter with proven track record of execution and results in consumer products * Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong technical background with a BS degree in CS or a technology-related field **Bonus Points:** * Excellent knowledge of proximity based technology including RFID, ibeacons, and industrial design * Experience as an event organizer and corresponding knowledge of challenges that event organizers face * Passion for live events, frequently attending events and buying tickets online * Prior startup or enterprise experience and a passion for emerging startup trends * MBA or strong business acumen is a plus
